The air diffuser  and rear wheel

This aluminium part features a fully machined body and is the embodiment of a part that is complex to make.

The Turbo Jet DC 80’s shaft is made from a very special type of steel that can withstand enormous twisting forces and is fully reground after it is quenched.

The combustion chamber is made entirely from stainless steel and is electrically spot-welded throughout for safety reasons as the temperature in this chamber can exceed 1500ºC.

All the injection tubes and the injectors  are made of stainless steel because they are subject to temperatures that approach 1000ºC!

Only these types of materials allowed us to achieve the reliability that we can now claim.

The rear wheel is moulded from Iconel (a very hard steel that can withstand very high temperatures and extreme stresses).
